Wubaholics Premiere: Infliction by WAYVE

This week on Wubaholics, we have the honor of premiering a track from up and comer WAYVE, releasing on Headbang Society. The track is titled “INFLICTION” and is a part of WAYVE'S "NEW WORLD ORDER" EP.

Alex Nguyen, better known as ‘WAYVE’, is a 22 year old from Chicago Illinois. With tracks like infliction, it’s only a matter of time until this young producer blows up onto the scene. This is his first Wubaholics Premiere and we’re thrilled to welcome him to the family. 

Nguyen likes to conceptualize his ideas by looking at art and watching shows like anime. This is where he gets his best ideas from and he isn’t afraid to admit it. This specific EP was heavily inspired by the themes of soon-to-be released video game “CyberPunk 2077.”  WAYVE wants listeners to feel valiant and lively as they listen to the EP. And trust us, before you even get to the end of it you will feel like Keanu Reeves in that CyberPunk reveal trailer.

 “This EP stems from visions of a futuristic world in which humanoids rule the world. These tracks are my favorite pieces of work thus far and I truly hope you enjoy them!" Says the 22 year old.
